We offer a range of yoga classes spread out through out the week.
Yoga Flow
Our yoga flow is the perfect way to start off your week.
It will be a therapeutic flow that will challenge you but give you a sense of harmony and balance.
You will build up strength and flexibility.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga that focuses on linking the breath with a progressive series of postures.
Ashtanga builds up strength, flexibility and endurance.
Sunrise Yoga
Sunrise yoga is an energising practise to set you up for the day ahead.
The yoga poses will be linked together using breath and movement.
A moving vinyasa builds up heat, flexibility and strength.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga that that focusses on passive stretching and deep relaxation.
You will hold your classes for 3-5 minutes targeting deep connective tissue.
Rise & Shine Yoga
Our Rise & Shine is a creative flow Vinyasa flow links poses inti smooth continuous sequences, linking movement with breath for a dynamic class.

Your first class: What to expect
We want your first experience at Yoga Collective Worcester to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to allow time for registration and to settle in.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement, and remember to bring a water bottle, please remember to bring your mat and blocks.
Our friendly instructors will guide you every step of the way.
